Sean and I have worked together on Pearson software projects for almost two years. Sean is the author and subject-matter expert for multiple CCNA simulator products. I managed the projects that developed these products. I relied on Sean to provide guidance on the content, design, and feature set of the products. Sean also assisted with customer support. Sean has exceptionally strong knowledge of Cisco networking and related technologies, and yet he is able to effectively communicate arcane concepts to beginners and to an international audience. It’s a pleasure and a privilege to work with Sean.
